AllData RS - "Black Box"
My latest project, the AllData RS Black Box, is now available!
Due to a high level of interest in the "RS" black box program, I am making the program available to a limited number of users. I'm limiting the number of users in order to protect the odds we receive on the program's wagering selections.
If the idea of a black box, that has tested profitable at many tracks over the last 2 years interests you, and is priced well below any other commercial handicapping program on the market (much less a proven profitable "true" black box program), just email me at [email protected]
Just an update regarding the evolution of the RS Black Box workbook. The latest version of the program has 11 fully automated, testable, ranking methods, rather than the original 1. It also allows the user to test minimum odds ranges from .01/1 and higher, through 11/1 and higher, with a summary of all those ranges on the Record Keeping worksheet in the program. These added features make it easy to find out if a track can be played profitably, and which method and minimum odds range produces the highest hit rate, ROI, profit, and number of plays, or combinations of all those things. I've changed the former "advanced filter" method to a "pivot table" method which drastically decreases the time involved in importing and processing card and results files. In addition, I have added a new "view" which is optimized for viewing on Windows based mobile smart phones, tablets, netbooks/laptops, and other devices with smaller screens.
More recent upgrades include, a separate record keeping sheet for each of the 11 rankings methods, the ability to test tracks in all 11 rankings methods, at the same time, sending all that data to each individual record keeping sheet, and a summary display showing hit rate, ROI, and number of plays for all 11 rankings methods. We now have the ability to use one of the rankings methods as a "variable" method, meaning you can create your own rankings method and have that method tested and displayed where the "variable" method is displayed. Soon to come, is an accompanying workbook that will allow live odds from an online toteboard to be displayed in the RS Black Box track workbooks.
Of course, the workbook will run in any version of MS Excel, and accepts Brisnet's single file format cards and Exotic Results data files, or the JCapper/HDW cards and results data files.
